With over 30 years of leadership experience in service, sales, and marketing, Toni joined LIT OnLine as its CEO in February 2011. Before joining LIT, Toni was CEO of CAS Partners/Riverstone, where she integrated the acquisition of seven disparate property management services companies into a world-class company operating in 31 states. Prior to that, Toni was the CEO of Stream, Inc., where she transformed a small division of Software Spectrum into a global BPO leader with revenues exceeding $530 million dollars with 30 contact centers in 16 countries and over 15,000 employees. Toni served 7 years as vice president and corporate officer for Diebold, Inc., where she managed sales and services for the western half of the US, and she spent 17 years with IBM Corporation in sales, marketing, and management roles.
Toni lends her expertise and energy to a number of corporate and not-for-profit boards including Resolvity, a provider of Intelligent Personalized On Demand Speech IVR Solutions; Support.com, a remote technology services provider for consumers and small businesses; the Center for BrainHealth; and Another Solution, Inc., dedicated to serving those with substance abuse problems.
