Eric Weiner, award-winning journalist, former foreign correspondent for NPR, and best-selling author of The Geography of Bliss, joins hosts Dennis McCuistion and Jim Falk to share insights from his newest book, The Socrates Express.

Not only is it a rollicking good and fun discussion, Eric brings some of our and his favorite philosophers to life and makes them pertinent to our lives today.

An added bonus, we get to travel with him “on his life-changing pursuit of wisdom” as he visits the places where great minds, from Socrates to Nietzsche, Rousseau to Epicurus, and more of our favorite thought leaders lived and pondered.

Executive Producer Niki McCuistion asked him which philosopher was his favorite, he responded, not fair that’s like asking which of your kids are your favorites.

What can we learn from “dead” philosophers that can have any impact on our daily lives?

Watch to hear his favorite movie and, yes, his favorite philosopher.

We welcome your feedback.
